At the 2025 Pingtung Labor Day Recognition Ceremony, FEDERAL LOCK Co., Ltd. was once again honored with several prestigious awards presented by the Labor and Youth Development Department, Pingtung County Government and the Bureau of Industrial Parks, Ministry of Economic Affairs Kaohsiung-Pingtung Branch. These included the Model Worker Award, Outstanding Employer Award, Outstanding Employee with Disabilities Award, and Outstanding Foreign Worker Award. Held in an outdoor setting on the lush grass fields of Pingtung, the event rivaled the grandeur of the Oscars, with Pingtung County Magistrate Chou Chun-mi personally hosting and presenting the awards to recognize outstanding contributions in the labor sector.

在 2025 年屏東縣年度勞動節表揚大會中，安得烈股份有限公司再次榮獲多項由屏東縣政府勞動暨青年發展處與經濟部產業園區管理局高屏分局頒發的重要獎項，包括模範勞工獎、優秀雇主獎、優秀身障員工獎以及優秀外國員工獎等多項殊榮。頒獎典禮於屏東草地戶外盛大舉行，場面溫馨隆重，堪比奧斯卡級別盛會，由縣長周春米親自主持並頒獎，表揚在勞動領域表現亮眼的企業與個人。
